Hello all
As mentioned earlier, We are going to hold our Division AGM/ Planning session on November 16th, 10:00am on Zoom. This meeting is open to all members of the division, so feel free to join in and share your thoughts and ideas.
The agenda will follow a similar program as previous years:
The first item is always the Quorum. All voting members need to be present or have someone represent you with a proxy. Voting members are the executive and Fleet Commodores. So, fleet commodores, if you can’t be there, make sure you assign your proxy to someone who will be there… it helps!
Fleet commodores, if you can have prepared a small report on your fleets activities over the past year, I am sure everyone would like to hear what’s been going on!
We will review the Budget from last year and look ahead to 2025.
Then we will look at our event schedule for 2025… Most of the dates have been set based on this past years activities. I sent that list out previously.
We will then consider any new business and thoughts about beyond 2025.
Lastly we will consider the election of the Division Officers.
At the moment the executive consists of:
Division chair: Paul Evenden (me)
Vice Chair: Kelly Havig
Treasurer: Paul Carter
Youth Directors: Tim Webb/ Jennifer Hoag
If anyone would like to participate in the executive, please let me know. I know that Tim would like to step down and focus on his family more, so we could use someone to take on the role of Youth Director/ coordinator. If that interests you, raise your hand!!
